1: Subscription contract
The contract for the regular supply of the periodical “Subscription Research Reports” (subscription contract) is concluded when an order is placed by the subscriber and confirmed by the publishing company. Commencement of delivery constitutes confirmation.

2: Term of the contract
I. In the case of fixed-term subscriptions, the contract ends when the term of the contract expires or the contract is cancelled. Minimum term subscriptions continue as open-ended subscriptions when the minimum subscription period ends. The minimum period for a subscription is 1 months.
II. Cancellation is possible up to any time before the end of the subscription period. Cancellation notices received after that are considered on the next termination date.

3: Payment
In each case, the subscription price is payable in advance.
Long-term prepayment discounts are available on the discretion on us & can be increased without prior notice.
Bank charges for forex transactions, credit cards, PayPal, direct debits etc. shall be borne by the subscriber.

4: Right to withdraw from subscription
We have the right to withdraw the rendering of services from this subscription without stating any reasons.

5: Late payment
We may suspend deliveries in the event of late payment by the subscriber.

6: Delivery
Delivery is by email & via Gumroad.com Dashboard.

7: Changes and redirection of email
Changes of mailing address must be notified to the us in good time. Changes in the method of payment and changes of account are permitted only after the payment period selected has expired.

8: Interruptions in delivery
In the case of force majeure (stoppages, strikes, lockouts, virus, malware, natural calamities, pandemics, epidemics, any other reason not in our control) and in the event of interrupted delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be liable for failure to deliver the Research Reports or for any compensation.

9. Liability of the Service Provider
The liability of the Service Provider is nil. Any profits/loss you make is yours, we are not liable for the same. The services are for educational purposes & you accept the same while subscribing our services. Contact your financial adviser before acting on any advice.

10.Concluding provisions
I. As a subscriber, you agree that your personal details will be electronically processed and stored for the purpose of the subscription, feedback & sending email for related updates & offers.
II. In the case of availing our services, the place of jurisdiction for both parties is Mumbai.
